Her career includes serving as an Associate General Counsel for Northwestern Medicine, where she provided strategic advice on a wide range of business and healthcare matters. This role deepened her understanding of the intricacies of workplace dynamics in the healthcare sector and beyond.
Kelsey brings expertise in strategic problem-solving and compliance, excelling in drafting employment-related agreements, managing workplace relations, and navigating regulatory challenges. She is committed to delivering tailored solutions that address her clients' unique needs while fostering positive and productive work environments.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University, Kelsey earned her BA in Economics before pursuing both a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated cum laude.
Outside of her practice, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Whether exploring local parks or dining at neighborhood restaurants, she values the vibrant community they call home.
